These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to services provided by S.K. Műhely: workshop bookings, ceramics courses, gift cards, and private events.
Booking requires prior online registration and full payment. One payment reserves one seat.
Booking: Your seat is reserved once you complete online payment and receive a confirmation email.
Participant limits: Workshops: max 6 participants (wheel-throwing workshop: 5). Hand-building class pass: 4–12, wheel-throwing class pass: max 5, children's class: max 10.
Workshops: Rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before the session start. For workshops with multiple dates, each session can be rescheduled separately. For the two-session wheel-throwing workshop, the second session date must be chosen within 2 weeks of the first session.
Classes: Cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the session start. The session is added back to your class pass.
Automatic cancellation (low attendance): For workshops and the wheel-throwing class only: if fewer than 2 participants are booked, we cancel the session two days before the date and send you an email with a link to choose a new date. Hand-made ceramics class and children's class are not subject to this rule.
Validity: Valid 6 months from purchase date.
Refund: Non-refundable. Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Redemption: Redeemable for the selected workshop. When booking, workshop and class cancellation/rescheduling policy applies (cancellation or rescheduling possible up to 48 hours before the session).
The workshop's liability is limited to the value of the service.
